Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

Processing & Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3* business days. (*Processing and shipping times may extend to up to 2 weeks during holiday seasons.)

Orders submitted after 5:00pm ET will begin processing the next business day.

Customs and Fees (International Customers)

If you are an international customer, you are responsible for all customs and fees associated with the shipment. We do not collect customs and fees and are not involved in customs processing.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on US orders over $65!

Unfortunately, free shipping is not valid on international orders.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

USPS shipping times are as follows (after being processed):

United States

Estimated between 2-8 business days (tracked and untracked).

An untracked shipping option is available for sticker only orders up to a certain weight threshold.

International

  • Tracked: Priority Mail International - 6-10 business days
  • Tracked: First-Class Package International - Varies by location. Estimated between 7-30 business days
  • Untracked (Stickers Only): First-Class Mail International - Varies by location. Estimated between 7-30 business days

Please note the above are only estimates and there could be unforeseen delays outside of our control (postal delays, bad weather, peak seasons i.e. holiday seasons, customs delays for international customers).

Notice to EU/UK customers: Nothing in this policy will affect your statutory rights. Unless, specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. If your order is delayed or returned to us, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund of items not received.

We are based in (and ship from) the state of Ohio in the USA!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and digital wallet payments (i.e. Apple Pay, Meta Pay)

Changes/Cancellations and Returns

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we are able to accept changes or cancellations to orders. Please contact us at support@niomoon.com and we will work with you!

What's your return policy?

Stickers

Please note: all stickers sales are final. We do not accept returns on stickers.

Enamel Pins

We quality check each and every pin before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to us at support@niomoon.com within 7 days of your delivery date with photos of the issue(s). We are happy to work with you on a solution!

*Note: If you have purchased a "seconds" item, please remember it will have known imperfections (though specific-flaws will vary), and you have accepted the item as such, in "as-is" condition, upon purchase.

Product Questions

What are "seconds"?

Seconds are products that have are outside of the usual quality standard. There are minor imperfections, but the item is still perfectly usable. Sometimes, the flaws may not even be noticeable at first glance.

We aim to have "seconds" sales for items that we recognize as lower grade and will always note the grade quality if it is outside of our standard.

What are Pin Grades?

Pin grades are used to evaluate the quality level of pins. While most are standard for selling as "A GRADE," there are some that may not meet the quality standard for a regular sale and are discounted to account for this. We will always note if any pin is B GRADE (or lower, every pin deserves a home (✿◠‿◠)) and will have special sales for any lower grade items!

A GRADE - Standard. Little to no imperfections.

B GRADE - Minor imperfections. "Seconds" quality

C GRADE - Larger flaws. Noticeable defects
